One of the challenges for anyone starting a business is "choice of entity." This is a "shorthand" way of asking:  "Should I be a sole proprietor?"  Or "Should I be in a partnership (either general or limited)?"  Or "Should I use some variant of a corporate structure?"

We can work with you, your accountant, and your financial planner to select the vehicle that is right for you and your business. We can then prepare and file the papers necessary to make this happen. If desired, we can also continue to assist you in making sure that corporate and/or other filings occur on time and, if applicable, that director and shareholder minutes are properly prepared and maintained.
